Redeye (voiced by Wendee Lee) is a red-eyed mutant who attacked Silver Hills, but she was taken down by the other Time Force Rangers which causes the green ranger to feel inadequate.
Cold, ruthless, cocky, and is a force on the field. She is a sword wielding mutant criminal that will take no considerations before killing and despises the law enforcement. She is also a bit of a trickster where she fakes her act by surrendering and then strikes them on the spot and knows of how to dodge.
She always carries an arm blade which also acts as a gun while she can shoot lasers out from her eye and that she has retractable five inch nails.
